Phil Simmonds

In a supposedly ‘singles era’, British songwriter and record producer Phil Simmonds has found his strength in protracted collaborations and producing full projects. After temporarily basing himself in LA, Phil executive produced Eryn Allen Kane’s critically acclaimed “A Tree Planted By Water” co-writing the lead singles “Feel The Need” and “Fragile”.  

In between crafting singles for Olivia O’Brien “Josslyn”, Charlotte Jane “Down days”, “Call Me A Quitter” New Hope ClubSam Tompkins “Who Do You Pray To When You Dont Believe In God” and “In My Life”, JP Cooper “Holy Water” and Anson Seabra “Hurricane”, UK newcomer, Phil has found himself creating records on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Phil is currently. The multi-talented songsmith has credits on forthcoming projects with Kenzie, and British pop outfit New Hope Club. 

Currently based in London, Phil started his career as a musician and musical director, working alongside the likes of Jesse J, Leona Lewis, Angel Haze, Conrad Sewell, Charlotte Jane and Zak Abel.
